Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage, the Bay Area’s leading provider of real estate services, has been named one of the North Bay’s best places to work by the North Bay Business Journal.
Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage was one of 54 companies and organizations recognized in the business publication’s fifth annual ranking announced this week.
The winners were selected by the Business Journal editorial department based on several criteria, including the results of an anonymous employee survey and a company application that provided information on issues such as diversity, benefits and community involvement.
The companies range in size from 20 employees to 4,500. Nearly 4,900 employees participated this year in the anonymous online survey that is part of the competition. The participating companies represented more than 13,000 employees.
Profiles of the winners will appear in a special publication supplementing the Sept. 27 issue, and winners will be honored at a gala reception Sept. 23 at the Doubletree Hotel in Rohnert Park.
“Of all the years we have been conducting this program, this year the competition was the toughest. All of the nominees were very good, excellent, really. So these winners are the best of the best,” said Business Journal Associate Publisher and Editor in Chief Brad Bollinger.
“What this competition clearly demonstrated for all that participated is that being a great place to work is part of the culture of this special place we call the North Bay.”
Rick Turley, president of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage, said the company was proud to have been singled out as one of the top places to work in the North Bay.
“This recognition really is a credit to the outstanding real estate professionals working in our North Bay offices, everyone from the managers to the agents to the staff,” Turley said. “Together, they comprise a very cohesive team that enjoys working and playing together – and providing great service to clients.”
Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage has nearly 400 sales associates serving Marin and Sonoma Counties with offices in Santa Rosa, Petaluma, Sebastopol, Novato, Greenbrae, Mill Valley, Sausalito, and Belvedere.
