Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage, the leading provider of real estate services in the San Francisco Bay Area, is pleased to welcome veteran Realtors Bill and Elaine Roccos Mott to the company’s Burlingame office.

The Motts have 78 years of real estate experience between them and are two of the most highly regarded professionals on the Peninsula.  Elaine Roccos Mott started her real estate career in 1979 and worked in San Francisco before moving to Redwood City in 1986 to specialize in the San Mateo County market.  Prior to joining Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage, she had been with ReMax International where she consistently earned honors as a top producer.

Bill Mott is a mortgage broker who has been working in real estate since 1964.  He opened a Century 21 office in 1972, which grew to five offices on the Peninsula.  He has worked with ReMax International, owned his own Better Homes Realty franchise and, most recently, owned and operated Bay Funding Financial, a mortgage company in San Mateo, for the past 18 years.

“We are so excited to be part of the Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage team,” said Roccos Mott.  “When Bill and I decided to begin working as a team, it was important for us to partner with a company that shared our goals and high professional standards. We are looking forward to taking advantage of the industry’s top resources and to provide the best possible service to our clients.”

“I am thrilled to welcome Bill and Elaine to our office,” said Leigh Whitten, manager of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in Burlingame.  “With decades of diverse real estate experience in the Peninsula market, they are a dynamic duo.  They are combining their sales, mortgage and management backgrounds to make an unstoppable team.  I look forward to having them in our office. ”

This is the first time in their 23 year marriage that the Motts have worked as a team professionally.  They have two grown children, Ryan and Angie.  Outside of the office, Elaine is actively involved with Cure Autism Now and the National Society of Autism.  She is also writing a book on her experiences raising an autistic child.
