Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage, the leading real estate services company in the Sacramento-Tahoe region, is getting even bigger. The company has expanded its Sacramento area operations with the addition of 50 real estate professionals, including 18 top producing agents from Lyon Real Estate and six from Prudential.
These agents were responsible for closed gross sales volume of $56.7 million at their former companies in the last 12 months alone. The surge in hiring will expand Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage’s professional roster to more than 700 agents serving the local region, helping meet growing demand from home buyers and sellers for the company’s services.
“Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage, our management team and our agents all have deep roots in the Sacramento area as a business and as members of the local community,” said Kris Vogt, president of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage. “We have a strong commitment to this area and our plan is to continue growing our presence here, to serve consumers and to help the region itself continue to grow and prosper.”
Vogt said the new agents share the company’s core values of professionalism, customer service and community involvement, “We are thrilled to have these outstanding real estate professionals join our team. They are talented industry veterans, top sales people at their previous companies, and active members of the community. They bring with them a great deal of knowledge and a loyal following among consumers in the Sacramento area.”
Many of the agents have moved to Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage just in the past few weeks alone. The Realtors said they decided to join the leading brokerage in the region because of its strength and stability, its proud 100-year heritage of customer service, its expansive marketing programs, and its cutting edge technology capabilities.
Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage also offers a local, national and even worldwide network of potential buyers for local properties. Its relocation business is among the largest in the world. The company offers unsurpassed professional education and training. And it has been recognized nationally for the industry’s leading Internet marketing program.
“This combination of networking, marketing tools, and Internet capabilities is critical to the success of today’s real estate professionals,” Vogt said. “The agents who joined us from smaller and independent brokerages know better than anyone that Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage can help them take their businesses to greater heights – especially in this challenging market.”
Of the recent hires, 14 agents will be joining the company’s Sacramento-Sierra Oaks office, another 14 will be moving to the Sacramento-Fair Oaks office, seven will join the Elk Grove office, three will move to the El Dorado Hills office, two each join the Folsom, Roseville, and Vacaville-Fairfield offices, and the Sacramento Metro, Rocklin, Placerville, Dixon-Davis and Truckee offices will each add one agent.
