Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in Gilroy is pleased to invite the public to its fifth annual luncheon to help raise funds for Habitat for Humanity. The event will be held Thursday, September 16 from 12:00 pm to 2:00 pm at 8050 Santa Teresa Blvd. in the Piazza. Food will be prepared by the Westside Grill.
For the past 11 years, Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage—and the Gilroy office in particular—has held fundraisers throughout Northern California to help raise funds for Habitat for Humanity. Habitat for Humanity addresses the critical need for affordable housing by providing homeownership opportunities for families in need in Santa Clara County. Coldwell Banker Real Estate Corporation has set a goal to raise $4 million for Habitat for Humanity by 2011, through the efforts of Coldwell Banker affiliated companies and their sales associates.
The lunch is $12 per plate if paid by September 14 and $16 at the door. There will wine poured by Fortino Winery, a raffle and silent auction for more than 45 prizes donated by local businesses, and music will be provided by Jeff Strametz. All net proceeds raised from the event will be donated directly to the Habitat for Humanity Silicon Valley chapter.
