Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage, the leading provider of real estate services in the San Francisco Bay Area, is pleased to welcome Maggie Bafalon as a sales associate in its Petaluma office.  In her new position, Bafalon will specialize in residential sales throughout Sonoma County.

Prior to joining Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage, Bafalon worked at Frank Howard Allen in Petaluma where she represented residential home purchases and sales along the Highway 101 corridor from Petaluma to Santa Rosa.

Bafalon has served on the Boards of Directors for the Sonoma Valley Chorale, Willmar Center for Bereaved Children, and was a founding member of the advisory council to the Women’s Health Center at Sonoma Valley Hospital. She currently serves on the board of directors for the Sonoma Valley Education Foundation.  Bafalon is especially involved in community volunteering, including positions for various events with the Sonoma Valley Vintners and Growers, Jazz Fest and the Sonoma Valley Film Festival.

Bafalon has worked in sales since 1972, including many years as a sales executive in Silicon Valley.  She earned her bachelor’s degrees in vocal performing, music, and education from Millsaps College in Jackson, Miss.  Her real estate certifications include e-PRO, Home Marketing Specialist and Negotiation Specialist.  In 2007, she won Coldwell Banker’s grand prize for achievement in the use of video in real estate with a humorous entry “Sweet Home Sonoma,” available on the Coldwell Banker Channel on You Tube.
