Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage, the leading provider of real estate services in the Bay Area, announced today that veteran San Francisco Realtor Pat Rock has joined the company in its San Francisco Market Street office.

A licensed agent for 23 years, Rock began his real estate career in the Bay Area.  In 2004 he joined Prudential California Realty as a manager and led his office of 55 agents for two-and-a-half years before deciding to return to sales and stay on with the company.  He says joining Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage allows him to build his personal brand with the support and security that clients appreciate in this challenging market.

“A few years ago when the market started contracting, I decided to expand my business,” said Rock.  “I returned to sales and, in addition to serving clients in San Francisco, began servicing San Mateo County, the Silicon Valley and clients throughout the Bay Area.  I found that this helped me grow my business and allowed for my most successful years in real estate.  Joining Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage is the next step in taking my business to the next level.”

“We are very proud to welcome Pat to our team,” said Kathy Murphy, manager of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage’s San Francisco Market Street office.  “Pat is an extremely talented and highly experienced agent with many years of experience in the Bay Area market.  He’s seen as a leader and mentor in the real estate community and it’s a pleasure to welcome him to Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage.”

Originally from the heart land of Wisconsin, Rock saw the opportunities California offered and made the move to the Golden State in 1980.

Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage’s San Francisco Market Street office is located at 2355 Market Street and can be reached at 415.437.4500.  Rock may be reached directly at 415.690.6084 or
