Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage, the leading provider of real estate services in the San Francisco Bay Area, announced today that John Lazar and Ginna Arnold-Lazar, two prominent Silicon Valley Realtors with more than 65 years of combined experience, have joined the company’s Palo Alto Downtown office.

Arnold-Lazar has been working in the real estate industry since 1977.  She earned her license in 1995 and worked with Seville Properties and Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in Los Altos.  For the past six years, she has been with Cashin Company Realtors in Palo Alto.  She was on the board of directors for the Silicon Valley Association of Realtors, district chair for Los Altos/Mountain View District, as well as a director for the California Association of Realtors.

John Lazar has been involved in Bay Area real estate for more than 50 years.  He was a partner/owner of Cornish & Carey Real Estate Brokerage, and managed the Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage Palo Alto Downtown office for 25 years.  Most recently, he was the vice president and manager for Cashin Company Realtors’ Palo Alto office.  He has served as president of the Palo Alto Board of Realtors and Silicon Valley Association of Realtors three times, and was a chairman for the California Association of Realtors.

Lazar earned his bachelor’s degree from University of California, Berkeley and his master’s degree from Stanford University.  He is an active member of the Palo Alto Club and the Family Club, and was for many years a member of the Menlo Circus Club.  They are members of the Los Altos, Golf and Country Club.

Arnold-Lazar is very active in the local community.  She sits on the board of directors for Morrissey-Compton Educational Center and the Los Altos Festival of Lights Parade, the Board of Trustees for Charles Armstrong School, and the Advisory Board for the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children.  She is also a founder of the Los Altos Community Foundation.  Arnold-Lazar is an avid equestrian and shows her horses year round.

The Lazars live in Los Altos and their blended family includes; Claire Lazar, who assists the real estate team; twins William and Jane; John’s children John Jr., Matt and Katie; and five grandchildren, Megan, Rachel, Jackson, Henry and Madison.
