Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage, the leading provider of real estate services in the San Francisco Bay Area, announced today that David Sytkowski has joined the company as a broker associate in its San Francisco Market Street office.  In his new position, Sytkowski will specialize in residential sales throughout San Francisco.

Prior to joining Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage, Sytkowski enjoyed a successful career in new home sales.  He worked with Signature Properties on three San Francisco condominium developments, 235 and 255 Berry Street in Mission Bay, and Broderick Place located at 1275 Fell Street in the North of Panhandle neighborhood.

Throughout his 20 year long career, Sytkowski has bought and sold real estate throughout the San Francisco Bay Area.  He is now focusing on San Francisco.

“I’m excited to make the move to Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage’s Market Street office and work with my buyers and sellers in one of the world’s greatest cities,” said Sytkowski.  “With so many diverse neighborhoods, San Francisco has something for everyone.  It’s a pleasure to work with enthusiastic clients and help make their real estate dreams come true in the City by the Bay.”

“David brings with him a diverse and exceptional combination of experience and professional skills,” said Eric McFarland, manager of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage’s San Francisco Market Street office. “We are thrilled to have such an accomplished real estate veteran join our San Francisco operations.”

Outside of real estate, Sytkowski enjoys cycling and recently participated in AIDS LifeCycle for the second year in a row.  The seven day, 545-mile ride stretches from San Francisco to Los Angeles and this year, raised more than $13 million to help educate thousands of people about HIV/AIDS.
