Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage, the Bay Area’s leading real estate services company, announced today that it has named top Santa Clara County Realtor Nancy Robinson manager of the company’s award-winning Gilroy office.  In her new role, Robinson will oversee nearly 35 sales professionals and one of the most successful real estate offices in South County.

“Nancy is an outstanding real estate professional and an effective leader who truly understands the local market,” said Rick Turley, president of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage.  “She excels in training, coaching and identifying and leveraging talent to ensure agents continue to thrive.”

A highly regarded real estate veteran, Robinson has been with Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage for eight years.  She ranks among the company’s top 100 sales associates in the Silicon Valley and has been awarded with the International President’s Circle and International Diamond Society Awards each year since she began her career.

Known as a leader amongst her peers, she has been featured as a speaker at office recruitment events and trainings for new and top producing agents.  She has also spoken on doing business by referral at the Los Gatos Training Center and participated with the Brian Buffini and Company coaching program for five years speaking to agents on improving their business.

Turley added, “Nancy is a natural leader, presenter and teacher.  She has the talent and know-how to share her expertise and experiences with her fellow agents and help guide them toward success.  That is a tremendous skill that professionals appreciate.  We couldn’t be more excited to have her manage our Gilroy team.”

Robinson said she is looking forward to the opportunity to manage the Gilroy office.  “I’ve had the pleasure of working amongst South County’s most talented and experienced agents for the past eight years,” she said.  “To now lead this team of professionals is an even greater honor.  We have the opportunity to become even stronger and to increase our distinct competitive advantage when it comes to buying and selling homes.  I’m looking forward to helping lead this already successful office to even greater heights.”

Robinson’s long and successful professional history started even before her work in real estate.  She received numerous awards and recognitions as a sales representative for Eastman Kodak, and as a senior account executive and global account manager for Xerox Corporation.

Aside from real estate, Robinson is actively involved in the local Gilroy community through St. Mary School.  She is the treasurer of the Mother’s Guild and a board member for the finance committee and the annual walk-a-thon fundraiser, which raises approximately $60,000 for the school each year.  She has also been involved with Las Madres of Gilroy, a non-profit organization that offers support, education and social opportunities for parents/caretakers and their children

Robinson may be reached at Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage’s Gilroy office located at 8050 Santa Teresa Blvd. Ste. 210.  She may be reached directly at 408.848.2800 or via e-mail at
