House hunters Jessica and Shannon with Coldwell Banker’s Bret Wedow

Coldwell Banker’s own Bret Wedow from our Dixon-Davis office will appear on this week’s episode of HGTV’s House Hunters. The episode airs this Thursday, May 17th at 10:00p.m. In it, Bret helps sisters Shannon and Jessica find a house in Sacramento. Shannon is ready to move out of her parents’ home and buy her first place, but her younger sister, Jessica, who will be renting a room from her, has strong opinions about exactly what they need in the perfect house. Shannon wants vintage charm, but Jessica wants a fully-upgraded and modern kitchen.
