More than 350 of the Sacramento area’s top executives, investors, well-heeled homebuyers, sellers and agents all gathered for one night to view the most luxurious estates from around the world and celebrate the launch of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage’s luxury real estate magazine, Previews.
The exclusive event, held at the beautiful 5300 Montserrat Lane, a $3.15 million Loomis estate, drew a veritable who’s who of Sacramento and underscored Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage’s leadership in the luxury housing market in Sacramento and worldwide. With expansive and sweeping views of the area, guests were greeted by professional photographers, luxurious Jaguar’s provided by Niello Jaguar, and a wide variety of wines provided by Westwood Family Cellars.
In an elaborate slideshow, the company featured dozens of multi-million dollar homes from around the world including properties in Canada, France, Greece, Italy, Mexico, Spain and in major markets throughout the United States. As part of the launch, Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage is also including free issues with Comstock’s Magazine July edition – reaching 16,000 affluent homeowners in the capital region.
“It’s imperative for buyers in this niche market to work with a global company that is able to reach the largest pool of potential buyers as possible,” said Kris Vogt, president of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage. “With offices in more than 50 countries, Coldwell Banker is able to do just that with its Previews International program. In Northern California alone, Previews International represented 4,430 luxury properties sold and $2.4 billion in sales last year alone. Previews International is the world leader in the marketing of exceptional homes.”
Previews Magazine is a free publication that features extensive local advertising of luxury homes throughout Northern California. The launch party was part of an overall revitalization of the Previews International program in the region – one that is gaining momentum as the local luxury market improves.
“We have much to celebrate locally as the market continues its strong recovery with both home sales and prices moving higher thanks to an improving economy and historic-low interest rates. Previews magazine will serve as an invaluable resource for anyone thinking of entering the market,” Vogt added.
Previews Magazine is free and available to the public. Anyone interested in a complimentary subscription should e-mail their name, address and request to Vogt directly at email@example.com.
