A good time was had by all on Monday, September 15, during the 13th Annual Coldwell Banker Sacramento/Tahoe Charity Golf Tournament. This year’s event was hosted at North Ridge Country Club in Fair Oaks, California, and was the club’s largest event in the past 10 years with 150 golfers in attendance.
Coldwell Banker has historically been hyper focused on local development and philanthropic activities. In the wake of the 1906 earth quake in San Francisco, Colbert Coldwell watched in dismay as unscrupulous real estate agents took advantage of desperate people struggling to rebound from the devastating disaster. Coldwell saw the need for trusted, honest and knowledgeable real estate services to help the city rebuild. A few short years later, Benjamin Arthur Banker came on board and later became a partner.
Coldwell Banker and its affiliates proudly honor the company’s founding tradition and heritage of advocating for the communities which it serves while providing professionalism and superior customer service, as evidenced by this golf tournament which raised money for area food banks and other local charities.
In addition to Coldwell Banker, sponsors of this event included: American Home Shield, Princeton Capital, Property I.D., Sacramento Delta Property Management, Impact Marketing, MetroList, International Floor Coverings, Passport Unlimited, Landmark Builders, MPG Painting, Corefact, Junk King, Asset Preservation Incorporated, Guchi Interior Design, Neighborly Pest Management, Inc., The Pampered Chef – by Jacquie Jackson, Show Homes Home Stating, Sunrise Pest Control, Inc., American Pacific Reserve Mortgage Group, Roof Doctors, Twin Home Services, Poly Comp, Weaver Roofing Inc., See America RV Rentals, Champion Awards Enterprises, FastPost, Auburn Moving Company, Sacramento Association of Realtors® Store, Endless Vacation Rentals, The Sign Post, HomeGuard Inc., DBI Beverage, Appraise It Today – Amy Parker, Mark Davidson Signing Service, KB Home, John Domeier – Coldwell Banker, Dennis May – Coldwell Banker, Zip Realty, Sacramento Kings, and Sam’s Club.
