The collection of products includes InTouch, a client relationship management (CRM) platform; TouchCMA, a comparative market analysis (CMA) platform; and CB | ONE, a proprietary intranet. All three platforms use innovative technology to improve agent productivity and professional success.

Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage’s new inTouch product is a CRM, lead management, agent website, and drip marketing platform all in one. It provides agents with access to an enhanced communication and lead management system, plus an integrated multi-channel marketing center.



TouchCMA is a state-of-the-art presentation tool that’s flexible and customized for each agent’s image and marketplace. The product will handle all agent presentations on all of their devices, producing attractive client reports. TouchCMA will be able to pull in the latest MLS data for a client presentation, as well as show the most current market conditions with interactive graphs and charts.



This new intranet will offer agents a clean, simple interface, but at the same time a powerful platform that provides access to all marketing and business-building resources. CB | ONE includes an intuitive Google-like search function and simple step-by-step instructions and resources for everything from building an agent’s business to prospecting for clients to working with buyers and sellers.
