Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage, Northern California’s leading real estate services company, announced today that it has purchased the assets of Icon Home Loans, Inc., which operates as Coldwell Banker Platinum Group in San Jose.

The firm’s office, located at 1630 East Capitol Expressway in San Jose, will now operate under the Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage banner. Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage has a strong existing presence in San Jose, where it has three offices.

With the addition of this firm, which has 86 affiliated agents and accounted for $167 million in sales volume in the last 12 months, Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage strengthens its position as the largest full-service residential real estate company in the Silicon Valley and throughout the Bay Area.
