The fall 2015 edition of Homes & Estates magazine is finally here! If you’re an art lover, you will find lots of inspiring stories in the nearly 200-page issue.

Yuja Wang, one of the best young pianists in the world, shares her thoughts on music, travel and fashion; the highly anticipated Louvre Abu Dhabi gets its moment to shine and high-end Italian jeweler and mosaic tile manufacturer, Sicis, discusses its modern approach to the ancient mosaic art form. Style tastemaker Martyn Lawrence Bullard offers up his objects of desire while luxury luminary, Benoist F. Drut of Manhattan’s Maison Gerard gallery offers up his unique approach to collecting.

In the Private Places feature, “Material Beauty,” H&E examines a new residential creation from Shelly and Avi Osadon, the husband-and-wife duo behind See Materials and See Construction. The quintessentially Los Angeles estate boasts out-of-this-world views, open and airy rooms, and seamless flow from indoors to out. “The idea was to create the ambience of a world-class boutique hotel,” Shelly Osadon tells H&E. “We wanted to include every amenity, so that when people enter the home, they really have no other place they would rather be.”

For the featured California property, the writers head to San Diego’s Rancho Santa Fe, where a prized 8-acre equestrian estate developed by thoroughbred racing legend, Gene Klein, is making a winning impression on the real estate market.

We can’t wait to curl up with a cappuccino and read the new magazine!
