Spring has officially sprung, and the warmer weather* has inspired us to breathe new life into our rooms at home. Dark, heavy winter pillows, be gone! And say buh-bye to moody jewel tones and hello to happy hues of pink, pink, pink! Of course, there is no better place to find that springtime spark than the runways, of course. Here are four spring 2016 fashion trends that we’re sure will make your home blossom this season.

1. Ruffles

Ruffles have an ease and fun about them, perfect for springtime freshness. On the runways at Proenza Schouler, Michael Kors, Lanvin and Balmain, it was all about sweet and romantic tiers in skirts, dresses or collared shirts. Bring this relaxed and carefree femininity into your home by dressing up your bathroom — literally. Add a frilly shower curtain, like this airy linen version from Pottery Barn.

2. Tie-Dye Prints

Spring’s go-to print is wee bit trippy (or shall we say, hippie?).  Perhaps inspired by the music festival season that’s just now heating up, the runways at Altuzarra, Baja East and Thakoon were ablaze with tie dye this year. While you might be tempted to think this print is hard to pull off at home, think again — it’s the perfect opportunity to brighten your boring neutral-toned living room or study with a colorful mudcloth, like this one from Urban Outfitters.

3. Bold Stripes

If you’re having visions of nautical stripes, think again. This season, it’s all about going for bold. Seen on the runways in the form of casual T-shirts and festive cocktail dresses, bright and contrasting stripes make just the statement you need for spring: a new you has arrived!  At home, this trend is easy to try out in black and white, and around your windows. These drapes from Z Gallerie in black and ivory are a close fit.

4. Pretty in Pink

Embrace your feminine side. Pops of pink were all over the runways at Tome, Isa Arfen and Jason Wu, and we see no reason why you should be left out at home. If you really want to be the talk of the neighborhood, bump up your curb appeal with a pink door. Too daring?  Ppt for a pretty pink lounge chair — like this completely covetable Hollywood Regency chair from 1stdibs.
