Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage, the Bay Area’s leading provider of real estate services, announced today that San Francisco REALTORS® Lamisse Droubi and David Pennebaker, known as the Droubi Team, ranked first in North America among small sales teams for Coldwell Banker for sales last year.

The Droubi Team, who are affiliated with Coldwell Banker’s Noe Valley office, had more than $132 million in sales volume in 2015, placing the group number one nationally for sales teams of three or fewer agents. Their sales outpaced more than 3,900 affiliated Coldwell Banker agents from Lake Tahoe to the Monterey Peninsula and 85,000 independent Coldwell Banker sales associates around the world.

The Droubi team includes independent agents Lamisse Droubi and David Pennebaker. BJ Droubi, who was part of the team last year, recently retired.

“Throughout their real estate careers, Lamisse and David have consistently been among the very best REALTORS® in the city,” said Mike James, president of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage. “Their professionalism, market knowledge and commitment to customer service have put them in a class by themselves.”

Doug Devine, manager of Coldwell Banker’s Noe Valley office, said the Droubi team is held in the highest regard by colleagues and clients alike. ”

“Lamisse’s and David’s philosophy is to not only meet, but exceed client expectations in every single transaction,” he said. “Whether staging a home, creatively marketing a property or negotiating a contract, no detail is overlooked. It’s one reason clients come back to the Droubi team time and again.”

Droubi and Pennebaker were recognized for their accomplishments in a special Coldwell Banker awards video and will be part of a celebration event at the Wente Brothers Vineyard in July. They have also been extended an invitation to Coldwell Banker’s Residential Brokerage’s Top 1% Retreat, which will be held in late October at the Montage Beverly Hills.

For over 35 years, the Droubi Team has helped clients to smoothly navigate the decisions involved in buying and selling San Francisco real estate. Their success is due in part to the fact that they are deeply rooted in the local community, working and living in Noe Valley.

They bring a neighbor’s insight and awareness to their work along with exceptional service, responsiveness, and honest advice.

Droubi and Pennebaker buy and sell more District 5 homes on behalf of their clients than any other real estate team in San Francisco. The swath of the city to which they remain hyper attuned to includes Noe Valley, Eureka Valley, Dolores Heights, the Castro, Glen Park, Cole Valley, Mission Dolores, and Duboce Triangle. These are among the city’s most in-demand neighborhoods.
