Around 300 Coldwell Banker independent agents hailing from the Sacramento/Tahoe region came together for Coldwell Banker’s Education Expo to learn some of the tricks of succeeding in the dynamic real estate industry.

The Education Expo took place on September 19 at Sacramento’s DoubleTree by Hilton where attendees were treated to a day of agent panels, speeches, a legal update and delicious lunch.

The event’s keynote speaker was Sean Carpenter, a Coldwell Banker agent from Ohio who has held a number of positions with NRT, the parent company of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage, which include branch manager and trainer. Sean’s keynote address was titled “Give ‘em Something to Talk About” and consisted of tips on how agents can improve their word of mouth in marketing.

There were also two agent panels: How to Price Your Listing in Today’s Market and How to Get Your Offer Accepted. After lunch, agents were provided with an important legal update and the opportunity to mingle and network amongst each other.

Coldwell Banker’s Education Expo was a success and earned an A in our book!
