There are just under 45,000 living Harvard MBAs. Naomi Glass, a leading luxury real estate specialist with Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in Marina/Cow Hollow, is one of them. By contrast, there are more than 400,000 real estate agents in California alone. And Naomi is right there at the top.
Talk about an overachiever.
From the “Takes one to know one” school of synergy, Naomi has formed close bonds with other overachievers in the city, many of whom are among the Bay Area’s most successful movers and shakers. Despite being well-versed in real estate, they recognize the value of working with an expert who can skillfully navigate the intricacies of buying and selling in what is arguably the most competitive housing market in the country .
“My extensive experience gained from over three decades of transactions as a real estate broker, combined with my educational background, have honed my negotiating skills to a point where they are perhaps my strongest asset,” says Naomi.
Of course, anyone can say they’re a strong negotiator. Fewer can back up the claim with such impressive results.
“The last 10 buyers I represented had a total of 75 competing offers, and all 10 of my buyers won the property they wanted — with only one of the 10 being the highest initial offer,” she says.
Naomi also recently listed a three-bedroom condo in Presidio Heights at the same time an identical condo was on the market one floor above. “My client’s final sales price was several hundreds of thousands of dollars above the other — an example of how negotiating skill translates into a tremendous advantage for the client,” she says.
