While rising to the top is impressive, striving to help others succeed in the process is inspirational.
And indeed, the story of Janice Lee is inspirational. The Coldwell Banker International President’s Premier agent is in the top 1% of all San Francisco Bay Area residential real estate agents and in the top 3% nationwide, yet she still remembers what drove her to pursue a real estate career.
“I was born in Hong Kong and came to San Francisco when I was four years old,” says Janice, a cum laude graduate of Mount Holyoke College. “My family and I started from humble beginnings, and I’ve always dreamed of owning property and helping individuals achieve their American dreams.”
When Janice bought her first piece of real estate in 2004, her “lack of education around the buying process and financing options” colored the experience. But it also drove her to become who she is today.
